Sandy focuses her law practice on estate and tax planning with a particular interest in international matters. Born in Canada, she holds dual citizenship.
ESTATE PLANNING

Sandy helps clients develop comprehensive estate plans, including:

  • Wills
  • Trusts
  • Financial Powers of Attorney
  • Health Care Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives
  • QDOT (Qualified Domestic Trust)
  • Community Property Agreements
  • She also has experience with Probate matters, and Pre and Post Nuptial Agreements.

TAX MATTERS
Sandy’s LL.M in Taxation from the University of Washington equips her to provide solid tax advice to clients.
BUSINESS FORMATION
Sandy also helps clients starting a new business decide which corporate form to choose – S Corp, C Corp, Partnership or LLC. She can prepare all the documents needed to get started.
