Kellie Gronski is a partner with Carson & Noel PLLC, and she specializes in real estate and business transactions. She also handles business, real estate, and contract litigation matters. She has represented developers, owners associations, individuals, and commercial property owners in all matters affecting real property, including purchase and sale agreements, covenants, amendments, public offering statements, bylaws, rules, easements, leases, due diligence, construction contracts, and title matters. Kellie’s business practice involves assisting clients with company formation documents, operating agreements, business contracts, leases, and negotiating a variety of other business agreements. Kellie has litigated a variety of contract, real estate, and construction related disputes.
EDUCATION
Kellie earned her undergraduate degree in public relations and environmental studies and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Washington. She earned her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, Colorado, where she then practiced at a boutique real estate and construction law firm for five years before returning back home to live and practice in Washington. Kellie is licensed in both Colorado and Washington.

Kellie is a resident of Issaquah, and spends most of her free time with her twin daughters. She is an avid outdoors woman, and loves hiking, backpacking, biking, running, sailing, telemark skiing, cooking and traveling.
